Day 5

 Hello everyone! Today, we’re doing something new! I work at the laboratory department! But first let’s talk of how we arranged our location.

First the head acha, or nurse, I’m not sure ;asks us what department we want to work in : Zomkar says pharmacy because she visited a couple of days before and enjoyed it there

Zompa says she wants to go to physiotherapy. 

I decided to go to laboratory because I feel like it would be interesting.

Here’s what the laboratory looks like :

I actually loved the place, it was nice. And I love the cold, making the A/C the best thing.

Then a lady walked into the room, bringing a patient. She showed me how to test the blood sugar ; top to bottom! 

I, then, sat down and wrote all of the instructions down.

Then I waited and got a bit bored after that acha left, I looked around and examined the room. Then I decided to go on my phone for a bit editing some of my notes for my blog.

Then a guy walked into and said hello to me , he seemed to be the person who actually worked in the lab. He first ran some tests of some sorts I didn’t understand, then he explained to me how one of the machines worked ; I understood the blood count machine first ( I don’t know what to call it ), you have to insert the tea tube in a spike at the bottom and press behind it, then it makes a click sound and you can move your test tube .

The spike is where you insert the test tube nd the blue square at the back of it is where you click/press.

So today was not much of a learning but I hope to learn lots of new things in the following days.
